Project title:

Ecological and conservation impacts of noisy miner control in subtropical woodlands

Project description:

My PhD research focuses on noisy miners (Manorina melanocephala) and their effect on the overall ecosystem; essentially, how miners affect ecosystem services like pollination, seed dispersal, and insect populations through their own ecology and their aggressive exclusion of smaller birds in subtropical woodlands.
