Researcher biography
Chad is a Lead Consultant with AusSafe Consulting and has over 14 years experience as a health and safety professional working extensively both in-house and as an external consultant within oil refining, infrastructure (aviation and ports), coal seam gas and construction.
His areas of expertise and interest are broad and include OHS management systems, risk management, root cause investigation, health and safety in design, process safety, audit /assurance and safety leadership.
Chad is a certified Lead OHS Auditor (Exemplar International) and a Federal Safety Officer (FSO) appointed by the Commonwealth Government.
Chad has involvement with a wide range of clients and industries and is also utilised as an expert witness, independent incident investigator and prepares expert reports on a regular basis.
