Title: Ghost kitchen logistics
Description: Mapping out the locations of the ghost kitchens. Uncovering the logistics associated with deliveries throughout the supply chain (to and from the kitchens). Investigating how drones impact the supply chain. Eventually, deriving the impact ghost kitchen logistics have on our cities and the food cooked in them on our health. Cities compared are New York, Amsterdam, Tokyo and possibly Jakarta.
