Project title:

Building Climate-Resilient Healthcare Systems in Fiji: A Bayesian Network Approach to NBS

Project description:

My research examines how Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) can enhance the climate resilience of healthcare infrastructure in Fiji. Using a Bayesian Network (BN) approach within the Pressure-State-Response (PSR) framework, I model climate risks and assess NBS benefits. The goal is to provide a decision-support tool for policymakers, integrating NBS into climate adaptation strategies. This research addresses critical gaps in healthcare resilience planning and contributes to sustainable, evidence-based adaptation frameworks for vulnerable regions.
