From classroom to campus: the relationship between secondary and tertiary biology curricula
Project description:
My research takes us ‘from classroom to campus’, examining the relationship between secondary and tertiary biology curricula (both within Australia and internationally), with a particular focus on curriculum coherence and transition. As part of this work, I’ll be using the transformation of UQ’s first year biology suite as a real-time case study to demonstrate and evaluate a best-practice model for designing the foundational year of a tertiary biology curriculum.
