Transmission dynamics and host responses to an emerging wildlife fungal pathogen
Project description:
I am using quantitative modelling and various types of data (genetic, behavioural, omics, etc) to uncover the behavioural, genetic and physiological responses a reptile species is mounting against a fungal pathogen. I am also using simulations to identify how the pathogen is spread (e.g., direct vs indirect transmission).
