The Earth Observation Research Centre is a leading national and international research and training centre for biophysical remote sensing.
We use remotely sensed data, fieldwork and spatial models to measure, map and monitor biophysical properties in terrestrial, atmospheric and aquatic environments to better understand and manage the Earth’s environments and resources.
Our main areas of focus are:
- research
- research training
- research to operational activities, through the Joint Remote Sensing Research Program
